About Santa Rosa Beach

The Heart of 30A

Santa Rosa Beach isn't really a single place — it's the broad community that encompasses much of 30A. Most of the vacation rentals, homes, and businesses along western 30A have a Santa Rosa Beach mailing address, even though they might be in Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen, Gulf Place, or near Grayton Beach.

What this means for visitors: “Santa Rosa Beach” covers the widest variety of 30A experiences. You can stay in an upscale rental near Grayton Beach State Park, dine at Blue Mountain Beach's local spots, paddleboard the coastal dune lakes, and bike to Seaside for dinner — all within the Santa Rosa Beach area.

The beaches here are some of the best in Florida. Sugar-white sand, emerald water, and far less crowded than neighboring Destin or Panama City Beach. And a beach bonfire in Santa Rosa Beach at sunset is the perfect way to experience 30A at its most authentic.
