About the Park

Florida's 30A Natural Treasure

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is one of Florida's most spectacular protected natural areas — 1,640 acres of pristine coastal ecosystem on the western end of Scenic Highway 30A. Named one of America's Top 10 Beaches by Dr. Beach, it offers 3.2 miles of sugar-white sand, towering coastal dunes, and three rare coastal dune lakes.

The park sits between Dune Allen Beach and Miramar Beach, making it a quick trip from any 30A community. Whether you're hiking the trails, paddling Morris Lake, watching shorebirds, or just walking the uncrowded beach, Topsail Hill is the wildest Florida experience you can have on 30A.

And after a day at the park, end your evening with a beach bonfire at nearby Dune Allen Beach. While bonfires aren't permitted within the park itself, the public beaches just outside the park boundaries are perfect — and we handle all the permits.
