WaterColor, Florida
30A's nature-inspired community. Between Western Lake and the Gulf, with pastel cottages, longleaf pines, and emerald water.
About WaterColor
Nature Meets Luxury on 30A
WaterColor is where 30A meets nature. Developed by the St. Joe Company in the early 2000s, WaterColor was designed to blend seamlessly with the rare coastal dune lake ecosystem and longleaf pine forests of South Walton. The result is one of the most beautiful, family-friendly communities on the Gulf Coast.
The community sits between Western Lake — a 220-acre coastal dune lake that's one of only a few in the world — and the emerald Gulf of Mexico. Pastel-colored cottages are tucked among the pines, connected by walking paths, boardwalks, and bike trails. Every detail is intentional, from the native landscaping to the architectural guidelines.
WaterColor attracts upscale families looking for a relaxed, nature-focused vacation. It's neighboring Seaside gives you easy access to the famous town center and food trucks, while Grayton Beach to the west offers the state park and artsy vibes. And a beach bonfire in WaterColor at sunset is unforgettable.
