Beach Access Guide

Inlet Beach Regional Access

Inlet Beach Regional Access is located at the eastern end of Scenic Highway 30A, where 30A meets Panama City Beach. This access point serves the rapidly growing Inlet Beach community, which has become one of the most sought-after areas on 30A in recent years.

The beach at Inlet Beach offers a different character from the central and western 30A communities. The sand is the same sugar-white powder, but the beach tends to be wider and the coastline stretches east toward Camp Helen State Park and beyond to Panama City Beach. This eastern position provides excellent morning light and beautiful sunset views back toward the 30A communities.

Inlet Beach has seen significant development in recent years, with new restaurants, shops, and vacation rentals adding to the community's appeal. Despite the growth, the regional access area maintains a public, accessible feel. The proximity to both 30A's boutique charm and Panama City Beach's commercial amenities gives Inlet Beach a unique "best of both worlds" position.

As our home base at It's Lit PCB, we know Inlet Beach intimately. This is where many of our team members live, and we've set up hundreds of bonfires along this stretch of beach. The eastern 30A location means we can often accommodate last-minute bookings here when other locations are already committed.
