Seaside Beach Access

Seaside Beach Access serves the iconic Seaside community, the New Urbanist town that put 30A on the map. Seaside was the filming location for The Truman Show and has been inspiring planned communities worldwide since the 1980s. The beach access points in Seaside lead to one of the most photographed stretches of beach on the Gulf Coast.

The beach at Seaside is wide, pristine, and framed by the community's signature pastel-colored beach pavilions. These distinctive structures have become symbols of 30A and appear in countless travel publications. The water here is consistently crystal-clear, and the sand has that impossibly soft, powder-white texture that South Walton is known for.

Seaside's town center is a vibrant mix of restaurants, boutique shops, food trucks (the famous Airstream Row), a bookstore, and an amphitheater that hosts events year-round.
