Beach Bonfires in Sunnyside & West End PCB

Sunnyside is the westernmost neighborhood in Panama City Beach, stretching from beach access #86 out to access #98 near Pinnacle Port and the border with Camp Helen State Park. This is old-school PCB at its most authentic — uncrowded beaches, private homes, and a pace of life that feels worlds away from the strip.

The west end of PCB is defined by two natural features: the expansive Gulf beach that gets wider and more pristine as you head west, and Lake Powell — one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world. Lake Powell borders Sunnyside to the north and Camp Helen State Park to the west, creating a unique natural environment where freshwater and saltwater meet.

Carillon Beach is a planned community within the Sunnyside area, known for its charming architecture, the Carillon Beach Market Street with shops and restaurants, and one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in PCB.
